Life Coach
1. Weekly 1 hour private session with Facilitator
2. Sessions are designed to bring self awareness to sabotaging behaviors.
3. Provide opportunities to exercise “Fresh Awareness” life skills
4. Promote healthy decision making when in the midst of chaos
5. Encouragement to meet life goals, through living life by design.
6. Building self confidence and healthy relationships.
